MySpace is live. For real this time. No kidding!

MySpace is now the first major Opensocial launch. Yes I said launch... as in to the end user!

Some days, you just have to stop and ask yourself... was it all worth it? Today, the answer is an astounding yes!

After much anticipation, many late nights, and a ton of tweaking... MySpace has made history with the first public launch of Opensocial 0.7.

What's iWiddit doing? Well, aside from jumping up and down and hardly curbing our enthusiasm, we're keeping a close eye on our application installs and functionality.

We dropped in an application called A-List D-List and we're hoping to see some users enjoying it soon!

Don't worry... all of our other apps will surface as well... very soon!

In the meantime, why not give A-List D-List a test run and let us know what you think? You can always contact us with suggestions, or comments, or even to yell at us by using the Contact Form on this site.

The Gallery That's right, there's even a gallery. Initial reports tell us that the gallery positioning is based on installs at the moment, but will be updated based on usage as soon as the counters have enough data in them.

Remember, this is a 'soft launch', which means everything is live, but no press releases have gone out and the Application gallery isn't linked to from MySpace profiles.

Still, this is a huge day for developers, and end users. MySpace has succeeded in being the first to roll out a technology that is sure to change the way we work and play online.

An astounding feat... way to go MySpace! MySpace apps gallery!
